After completing both the first and second drilling and obtaining more than 1400 meters of rock cores, these were transported to the laboratories of the BGR in Berlin (Bundesanstalt für Geowissenschaften und Rohstoff). Here the DIVE scientists went to carry out the first analyses and take fragments that will be studied in the different laboratories spread across Europe and the United States.
